Logging on to the mailing list environment
To log on to the mailing list environment, use the HBS Login button displayed at the top right corner of the web interface home page or any documentation page. When you are logged on, your name appears in that space, and the pulldown lists your email address and user profile (subscriber, moderator or owner).
The authentication process uses the HBS CAS/Duo login procedure:

You will be taken to the standard HBS login page to enter your HBS email address and password.
If you have already logged on at an earlier time and not closed your browser you may find yourself already logged in. If you need to log in with a different account, use a browser incognito window.

If regular login continues, Duo authentication will occur, and then you will be able to use the Sympa web interface.
If you do not have an HBS account that uses CAS/Duo authentication you will not be able to log into the web interface, though you may still read the documentation found under the Support link next to the login button. This includes how to contact a list's owner and to send certain commands via email.
